Online checkout is an order enquiry. A binding sale is formed only when Kemtex confirms stock, freight and payment in writing.

Prices are in INR and include illustrative GST at 18% split equally as CGST and SGST unless a composition or IGST treatment applies on the tax invoice.

Title passes on full payment. Risk passes on despatch from Ludhiana or as otherwise agreed.

Disputes are subject to the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
