Shipping and returns

Standard despatch is from the Ludhiana branch. Head-office Mumbai coordinates commercial accounts. Freight is confirmed per order (surface / dedicated tanker as applicable).

Unopened, undamaged packs may be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior written approval. Opened lubricants and process chemicals are not returnable for safety and contamination reasons, except where the product is proven defective.

Pay-on-delivery is available only for approved credit accounts. Other orders are NEFT / RTGS against proforma.
